For weddings during peak season (June–October), six to nine months is ideal. For smaller events or off-season dates, we can often accommodate bookings with 2–4 weeks' notice. Reach out anytime — we'll let you know what's available.
Yes. We hold your date with a 25% deposit and the balance is due 14 days before your event. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before the event date.
Most orders within Eagle County have no delivery minimum. For deliveries to Aspen, Carbondale, or remote venues we have a small minimum order — we'll quote this transparently up front.
Every booking includes a weather contingency plan. We monitor forecasts in the week leading up to your event and coordinate with you on tent sidewalls, heaters, or backup configurations as needed.
A small damage waiver is added to every rental and covers normal accidents. Significant damage or missing items are billed at replacement cost. We'll always talk you through anything before charging.
Absolutely. Many of our bookings include a layout consultation. We'll suggest a configuration based on your guest count and venue, and refine it with you.
